Shipping Policy

Every MechMaxx order ships from our US warehouse with tracking included.

Free shipping

• Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum.
• We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Delivery time

• Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Tracking

• A tracking number is included with every order and emailed to you as soon as the package ships.
• You can also look up your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Delays beyond our control

Carrier disruptions, weather, and customs holds can occasionally extend transit time. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, email us and we'll investigate immediately.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. See our Refund Policy for how approved claims are processed.
